Aziz is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience helping companies and their clients use technology to achieve results. As a recognized leader in management consulting, Aziz balances CLEAResult’s focus between managing today’s challenges and setting our strategic outlook for tomorrow, all while keeping our clients at the center of every decision we make.

Prior to CLEAResult, Aziz served as Area President for Avanade, a technology consulting joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. Aziz holds degrees in mathematics and computer science from DePaul University.

Mary is responsible for oversight of the Company’s overall operations and also serves on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mary has been with El Paso Electric since 2007, and has held various positions and has overseen many divisions of the Company, including regulatory and rates, human resources, external affairs, public relations and environmental, health and safety. Mary has also served as the Company’s President, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Before rejoining El Paso Electric, Mary spent four years as a senior enforcement attorney in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Enforcement in Washington, D.C., where she investigated and prosecuted violations of federal energy laws. Before entering government service, Mary was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP, El Paso Electric Company and at El Paso Natural Gas Company. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Williams College in Massachusetts, a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and is an alumnus of Exeter College, Oxford University.

In addition to her duties with El Paso Electric, Mary is a board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, El Paso Branch and Chair-Elect of Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA). She also serves as Chair of the Borderplex Alliance, and on the Executive Committee of the Texas Business Leadership Council.

The New York Times calls him “a sought-after guru to NFL coaches, Olympians, hip-hop stars and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.” Ryan Holiday has gone from esteemed media strategist to acclaimed author and motivational speaker. After dropping out of college at 19, he was an apprentice to strategist Robert Green, author of The 48 Laws of Power. Holiday then went on to serve as the Director of Marketing for American Apparel, where his innovative campaigns spawned international awareness and recognition. His media campaigns are still analyzed and discussed today and have been studied by Twitter, YouTube and Google.

Holiday is also the author of six successful books, including the now cult-classic The Obstacle Is the Way, in which he shows us how to turn even the most insurmountable obstacles into advantages, inspired by an ageless set of philosophical principles used by icons from John D. Rockefeller to Amelia Earhart, Richard Wright to Steve Jobs.

Holiday is a media columnist for the New York Observer and has also written for Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Forbes, Thought Catalog, The Huffington Post, The Columbia Journalism Review and many others.
